Problem
In 2020, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that men working in construction have one of the highest suicide rates compared to other industries. Their rate of suicide is about four times higher than the general population.

A thoughtfully designed interactive and exploratory workshop creatively sharing evidenced based tools, skills, and practices that engage, empower, and educate.
Class Objectives:
Provide comprehensive mental health resources
Share and practice tools for self-awareness, stress management, and mindfulness
Build a community through focus on communication skills
Educate on suicide prevention
Provide warning signs for mental health crises
Utilize behavioral science to aid in planning healthy lifestyle plans
To have a 90% increase rate of students per session in content knowledge in the (5) Key Pillars: Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, Mindfulness, Yoga and Nutrition
