Class Description

Wellness Tools for the Trades is an interactive and exploratory workshop designed for (employees) to learn positive and healthy tools to manage stress in demanding workplaces and beyond.  The workshop explores multiple topics ( mental health, mindfulness, yoga and nutrition) focusing on employee health and well-being.   Participants will gain useful knowledge and skills to practice self-care with an emphasis on physical and mental well being.  A full all level experience yoga class will be included during the session as well as interactive conversations and subject exploration.
