Sarah has spent over 15 years working in youth development with a focus on wellness and coaching for the United States Olympic Committee, the YMCA, Brown Girl Surf and five different schools around the country. Sarah was the founding director of mindfulness and wellness at Caliber ChangeMakers Academy in Vallejo.
Sarah is the current Director of Program at SquashDrive an Urban Squash Program that provides academic and athletic coaching to underserved youth, and in all capacities has been inspired by the impact of physical and mental well-being.
A veteran educator she holds certifications in yoga, personal fitness training, restorative justice practices, mindfulness coaching and Mental Health First. An avid surfer, Sarah has surfed most of the California Coast, Hawaii, Nicaragua and Tofino British Colombia.
Erin Mariani has been working with individuals and groups for over 7 years at One Medical, an innovative primary care practice focused on long term health. Her speciality has been on a skills based approach to stress and anxiety management, diabetes prevention, and lifestyle and behavior change. A national board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with a master’s degree in counseling ( MA in Educational Counseling), she is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to be the healthiest version of themselves. She is trained in MBSR ( Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) from UCSF and is a certified yoga instructor trained by Rusty Wells. Also passionate about improv, she has studied at The Groundlings, The Second City in Hollywood, and Secret Improv Society and BATS in San Francisco.
